The Prognosticator - Week 9
Tony Holm, "The Prognosticator"
Nov 5, 2004 |
 |
 |
| It sounds like neither uber receiver Randy Moss nor new found squirt back Mewelde Moore will go this weekend which opens up the door for all us Michael Bennett and Onterrio Smith owners. Watch the news wire closely as not even I, the great prognosticator (hee!), has a clue how Mike Tice is about to mess this one up... |

| In the last few weeks we have seen what we have come to love from our first round draft picks and stud players. It has taken them a few weeks to get back to their scoreboard blistering form but damn it good to have them back. |

| Brian Westbrook was shown no love in the week 7 voting. Even though his stats have barely kept him in the top 20 of all RBS, his value was evident to the Eagles this past week. |

The Last Row
Chris Dolfi-Tom Walls, Fantasy Football Staff Writers
Nov 3, 2004 |
 |
 |
| Section 209, in the Last Row of the Linc, that's the vantage point your intrepid, angry reporters watched the Eagles squeeze by the Ravens in a defensive battle. The day was beautiful with a few clouds and it was very warm. Halloween at the Linc brought out a few people in costumes, most with the same penal theme. As the Eagles get ready for a showdown with the Steelers, we remember and look back in anger. |

Tricks and Treats for Week Eight
Doug Coutts, Fantasy Football Senior Staff Writer
Nov 1, 2004 |
 |
 |
| Full focus is returning back to football, though I just want to mention this one last time: The Boston Red Sox are World Series Champions!! The celebration parade on Saturday was a fitting end to a glorious season. And if the Sox can finally win the series, perhaps that silly thing about the Redskins and their final home game before the Presidential election can be broken as well. |

The Prognosticator - Week 10
Tony Holm, "The Prognosticator"
Nov 12, 2004 |
 |
 |
| Dissertation time. I have on occasion raked Brian Billick through the coals in this rag. Most of the time for good reason! But it struck me last week that the Ravens managed to do something brilliant and Brian Billick just may have had a hand in it. This could be the first sign of the apocalypse but I actually think it's the beginning of a positive trend and just a glimmer that the Ravens are on the way back to being one of the elite teams in the NFL... |

Diary of a Fantasy Virgin - Week 9

| Week nine just went by. I am freezing my posterior … in Zurich. There is no American Football to be found anywhere in this country. I cannot watch football until next week. And overall, it has become a battle to maintain teams and articles. |

Week 10 Sleepers
Adam Wain, Fantasy Football Staff Writer
Nov 12, 2004 |
 |
 |
| The byes are coming to an end and the playoff push is in full force for fantasy football teams. The next couple weeks will be key in either making the playoffs or positioning yourself for a possible bye week. Either way I will do my best to help you out with the best sleeper plays of the week as well as rate each of these sleepers on what I expect their production to be the rest of the year. I will give them stars 1-5 with 5 being a must pickup/play because consistent production is inevitable. |

Week Nine in Review
Doug Coutts, Fantasy Football Senior Staff Writer
Nov 8, 2004 |
 |
 |
| Week Nine is almost in the books, and it looks like another season will pass without any team running the table. Perhaps now we can get down to the business of playing football and not worrying about streaks and the like. The Chargers continue their offensive roll, the Patriots get back into the winning column, the Giants lay another home egg, the Bills circle the wagons...week nine in the NFL! |

The Prognosticator - Week 11
Tony Holm, "The Prognosticator"
Nov 19, 2004 |

 |
| A lot went wrong with the Giants. The loss of Michael Strahan and now the switch to Eli Manning but none of it is Kurt Warner's fault. If the Giants read The Progno they'd realize that they weren't supposed to win those games in the first place... |

Sleeper Plays & Statistical Breakdown
Adam Wain, Fantasy Football Staff Writer
Nov 19, 2004 |
 |
 |
| I will continue this week with my weekly sleeper plays as well as rate each player on how valuable I believe they will be the rest of this 2004 season. Again 5 stars being very valuable and a virtual must start each week. I will also list the top and bottom run and pass defenses in the NFL so you can better gauge whom to start and sit rather than continue those sleepless nights. My philosophy is “When in doubt go with the better matchup”. Obviously this doesn’t apply to the fantasy studs and you all know who they are. |

Week 10
Greg Allen, Fantasy Football Staff Writer
Nov 17, 2004 |
 |
 |
| With the performance Derrick Blaylock gave this weekend you have to give serious consideration to the fantasy star in Kansas City being the offensive line and not Priest Holmes. The Chief’s running attack didn’t miss a beat with Blaylock at the helm as he rushed for 186 YDs and 1 TD leading all Runningbacks this week in fantasy scoring. |

Week 11
Jason Brichta, Fantasy Football Staff Writer
Nov 16, 2004 |
 |
 |
| A great rivalry was renewed on Monday night as the Eagles traveled to Texas Stadium to meet the Cowboys. Many people gave Dallas a good chance to beat the Eagles, but I think the Eagles came in with something to prove. They left Pittsburgh last week beaten badly, and doubt started to creep in about them being as good as their record. |

Week Ten in Review
Doug Coutts, Fantasy Football Senior Staff Writer
Nov 15, 2004 |
 |
 |
| Week ten is nearly in the books and things are really starting to heat up in the NFL. Division battles, key wildcard battles, and a trifecta of overtime games dot the landscape this week. Some pre-game war of words turned into a brawl before one game as William Green went "Robbie Alomar"... |

| Settling into the ‘groove’ of the season quite nicely. Vinnie’s ready for some Turkey Day football. Getting together with the family, in particular my brother in-law Rocco (hey – keep it quiet, there is a warrant out for his arrest). Haven’t seen him since he’s been in the big house, but we got a lot to catch up on. He mentioned a fellow named Bubba he met, but I digress… |

Just over a month before Christmas, and most of us are already relishing the smell of turkey cooking in the oven. Mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole and cranberry sauce overflowing a heavily laden plate, and that’s just the first course! Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Strawberry Rhubarb pie, oh man I am already stuffed just thinking about it! |

The Last Row
Chris Dolfi-Tom Walls, Fantasy Football Staff Writers
Nov 24, 2004 |
 |
 |
| The Last Row of Section 209 of the Linc. Another whooping as the Eagles take a one point game at half time and proceed to blow out the woeful Redskins. The Last Row talks about tailgate mooches, the Desperate Housewives thing, Vera Wang and why the NFL is sticking it to their most loyal fans - the fans who actually go to the games. As a bonus - two regulars of the Shark Tank show up (Trilogy and Squidward) to share some pregame festivities. Last, what sort of armor class would a Eagles seaason ticket holder need anyway? Not everyone can own a Mystical Jersey of Landeta. |
